Dr. Andrew Daire

 Andrew Daire, Ph.D., LMHC

 An Associate Professor in the Counselor Education program at the University of Central Florida, Dr. Daire teaches graduate level courses in human sexuality and relationships.  He received his Ph.D. from Florida State University in Counseling Psychology with a specialization in Rehabilitation Counseling. He is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) in Florida, a Nationally Certified Counselor (NCC), a Florida Supreme Court Certified Family Mediator (CFM), and a Qualified Clinical Supervisor in Florida 


Dr. Lisa DavisLisa Davis, Ph.D., Clinical Sexologist

 A graduate of Western Kentucky University, Lisa has a Masters Degree in Education, a Masters Degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, and a Ph.D. in Clinical Sexology.  She is a Certified Sex Therapist and a Licensed Mental Health Counselor.   In 2000 she founded a non-profit agency for the treatment of sexually abused and abusive children and adolescents.  Aside from her work with the agency, Lisa maintains a private practice specializing in relationship and sexual issues with couples. 

 

Bea Haledjian, MEdBea Haledjian, MEd in Counseling

Bea has worked with Family Resources, Inc. in a variety of capacities since 2007.  Initially she was part of the You&Me.WE Community Advisory Group as well as a mentor for couples. More recently she has served as a relationship educator and coach.

Bea’s previous experience includes many years of counseling for non-profit agencies, churches and the school system.  In addition to being a Certified Guidance counselor, she is a Certified Professional Life Coach and a Family Mediator.  Bea also works part time as a Workplace Chaplain.

Bea has been married to Earl Nichols for over 38 years.  The two of them have served on Marriage Encounter Teams and led Marriage Enrichment retreats over the years. 

 

Maida LaSalleMaida LaSalle

Maida holds a B.B.A. in Human Resources Management.  After a long and successful career in International Banking, Maida embarked on a new path in family life education.  Since 2002, she has presented a wide range of topics including communication, stress management, conflict resolution, violence prevention and parenting skills to children and adults in Pinellas County.  Her passion is to empower individuals to acquire the skills and resources to build and maintain healthier, long-lasting relationships.  Maida is certified to teach PREP (Prevention and Relationship Enhancement Program), Connections for teens and PICK (Premarital Interpersonal Choices and Knowledge) curriculums.  She has taught the classes in English and in Spanish. 

 

Earl Nichols, Ph.D., LMFT, Certified  Sex TherapistEarl Nichols, Ph.D., LMFT, Certified Sex Therapist

Earl has been a counselor for nearly thirty years. He has a doctorate in Marriage and Family Therapy and is licensed in Florida as a Marriage and Family Therapist. Earl is a supervisor in both the American Association for Marriage and Family Therapy and American Association of Pastoral Counselors. He has been a certified sex therapist for more than ten years.

 

Earl has led numerous seminars, workshops and retreats for couples. Many of these have focused on Communications, Conflict Resolution and Relationship Enhancement.

 

Kent Osborne, LMFTKent R. Osborne, MA, LMFT 

Kent Osborne is a specialist in pre-marital, marital and couples education.  A licensed therapist for 21 years; Kent has helped thousands of people improve their communication, conflict resolution, parenting, commitment and intimacy building skills.  Kent has additional expertise in working with fragile couples, parent-child-teenager dynamics, step families, single parent family systems, anxiety and depression.  Kent's goal is to provide a warm, welcoming, respectful and empowering environment in which clients can create new possibilities to resolve challenges and enrich their relationships. 

 

Julia Penner-Zook Julia  Penner-Zook, MA

Julia holds a M.A. degree in Theology.  She has a rich background in teaching, counseling, workshop facilitation and conference speaking.  Julia has lived and worked in three countries, has studied and is fluent in German.  She has led leadership training workshops, interpersonal communications seminars and life skills training for many diverse audiences.  More recently, Julia has been certified to teach a variety of research based relationship building curricula including the Prevention and Relationship Enhancement Program, the Premarital Interpersonal Choices & Knowledge curriculum, which stresses following your heart without losing your head, and the interactive teen curriculum, Connections.  Julia’s passion is providing people with knowledge, skills and confidence to reach their fullest potential.  

 

Carol RosenbaumCarol Rosenbaum, MA

For over 20 years Carol worked with families in crisis while staying focused on sustaining family relationships through difficult times.

Committed to the goal of nurturing healthy and lasting relationships, she joined the You&Me.WE team in 2006.  

Carol provides a fun, friendly and welcoming atmosphere for couples to explore the most important issues in their relationships.  

 

Lynn Russek, MA, LCSWLynn Russek, MA, LCSW

Lynn Russek has been in practice for the past 10 years and a licensed therapist for 8 years.  She is a specialist in providing care for individuals, couples, families and children.  Lynn is especially skilled in helping couples discover how the partner feels and receives love.  She is experienced in working with relationships in all stages including premarital, couples in distress, couples separating and/or divorcing, remarriages and helping couples heal from marital injuries. Lynn’s goal is to help people/couples soften their hearts towards one another and make decisions in the best interest of the marriage.

 

Harold WellsHarold Wells, MA  

Harold holds a M.A. degree in Recreation Administration.  He has over 25 years experience in the healthcare field.  Harold has taught a variety of courses for “front line” supervisors including communication skills, adapting to change, conflict resolution, reward and recognition and employee counseling.  In the past year Harold has been certified the Prevention and Relationship Enhancement Program, which focuses on the couple relationship, the Premarital Interpersonal Choices & Knowledge curriculum for singles, as well as “Connections”, which highlights useful information and relationship skills for teens.   Harold enjoys working with people and helping groups of all ages to obtain the skills and knowledge to benefit their most (important or significant) relationships.


Michael Williams Michael Williams, MDiv

Michael holds a Master of Divinity with a concentration in Christian Education and has over 15 years experience creating, facilitating, and delivering workshops and seminars.  He is also a Professor of Student Success and Religion at Hillsborough Community College SouthShore Campus, Ruskin, FL.  Michael is passionate and dynamic teacher.  He loves to interact with his audiences because he always learns so much from them.  In additional to being a teacher, Michael is a technologist.  He enjoys developing video, audio and other multimedia projects including richmedia websites such as this one.  Like the other coaches, Michael is certified and trained in the Prevention and Relationship Enhancement Program, the Premarital Interpersonal Choices & Knowledge curriculum, Connections and a variety of other curriculums.
